Howard Mozeico
Et Fille Wines
In French “Et Fille” means “and daughter”. Howard Mozeico worked hard and with the help of his daughter, Jessica, they created the Et Fille winery.
Mozeico was born in the Bronx in 1947. He graduated with a BS from City University in New York and masters in computer science from the University of Hawaii. His career included working as a software engineer and software manager as well as co-owner of a small electronics company.
He spent over 39 years living in Oregon.
His interest in wine started with purchase of a bottle of Burgundy he and his wife shared on their first wedding anniversary.
Mozeico was extremely grateful for the help and advice of his friends in the Oregon wine industry. He often said that without this sense of community friendship the Et Fille winery would not be as successful as it became.
Howard Mozeico passed away in April 2017 as a result of a farming accident. His daughter has carried on managing the winery.
